The Marttiini Condor Filleting Knife 19 is a filleting knife that is perfect for large fish. The knife has a slim blade that is extra flexible, made to cut very close to the skin or bones. Filleting knives are very similar to boning knives. A filleting knife, however, has a thinner and more flexible blade. Thanks to the extra-narrow shape you can easily control the knife. As a result, you will never remove too much meat! It is the perfect knife when filleting soft types of meat and/or flat fish. You can also use the knife for other tasks in the kitchen. Rubber handle

The handle is made of black rubber with a nice texture which offers good grip when using the knife. The end of the handle flares out a bit, which gives the user a better grip when the knife is pulled out of the sheath or in use.
