Agawa Canyon Boreal15 Kit all-purpose foldable saw, Cordura sheath and extra saw blade, yellow

Take this Agawa Boreal15 Kit with you on all your outdoor adventures. You can easily cut through thicker branches and tree trunks up to 13 cm. You use it while camping, backpacking, hunting or working in the garden. This kit includes a Cordura case to store the saw and an extra Agawa Canyon Sidney Rancher II saw blade coarse. Thanks to its yellow handle you won’t easily lose the saw in the woods. When closed, the saw is completely folded into the frame to protect you and your gear.

This saw is the smaller version of the Agawa Boreal 21. It is even lighter and smaller and therefore easy to take with you. When folded this light-weight saw has a length of only 40.7 cm and a height of 5 cm. Keep in mind that, even though it may look compact, you still keep a practical tool close with an all-purpose saw blade of no less than 38 cm. Thanks to the fibreglass-reinforced nylon lock on the back, the saw blade automatically adjusts to the correct tension, so that it cuts optimally every time.

The system is easy to use. You open the folded saw by first releasing the yellow part of the handle. With one smooth movement you open the aluminium frame and click the black part of the handle into the yellow part. You easily open the Agawa Boreal15 without having to touch the saw blade. Within seconds, you can get to work and cut through dry, hard or soft wood!

The Agawa Boreal15 comes with an all-purpose saw blade. The unique, double-shaped serrations leave a precise cutting edge. Great when it comes to accuracy, when, for instance, making a trap or tent poles. When it’s time to replace the saw blade, you can easily exchange it with a new Agawa saw blade from our range. Standard saw blades from the hardware store also fit on this saw. Replacing the saw blade is easy, you don’t need any extra tools for that.

Maintaining the Agawa Boreal15

Regularly maintain your saw with the help of some maintenance oil to prevent rust and to maintain the function of the saw. Use Ballistol maintenance oil, for instance. This is available as Ballistol spray, Ballistol marker or simply a small 50 ml bottle. Better safe than sorry! Tip: with this oil you can also easily remove resin, to make sure your saw blade stays in great shape.
