The Artisan Cutlery Satyr 1852G-BBO, Blackwashed S90V, Bronze Titanium pocket knife is a nice EDC pocket knife in the colour bronze. With its blade length of 8.5 cm, this knife is ideal for easy carrying. When closed, it’s only 11.2 cm long, and it weighs 100 g.



Blade made from CPM S90V steel
This Artisan Cutlery Satyr 1852G-BBO, Blackwashed S90V, Bronze Titanium pocket knife features a blade made from CPM S90V steel, an American steel made by Crucible Industries. It offers incredible sharpness retention, so you’ll rarely need to sharpen it. Moreover, it is corrosion resistant, so maintenance is a breeze.



The blade features a blackwashed finish. For this finish, the blade is first finished with a coating, then tumbled. This makes the blade look like it has been around for a while, kind of like jeans. A big advantage of this is that traces of use will be much less noticeable.



Titanium handle

The handle of this Artisan Cutleryis made of titanium and measures 11.2 cm in length. Titanium is a fantastic high-tech material. It is an excellent choice for the handle of a pocket knife for several reasons: titanium is very strong, lightweight and it is flexible. Moreover, titanium can be machined very precisely and a wide range of different finishes are possible. To be exact, the handle is made of a titanium alloy. Small amounts of aluminium and vanadium are added to pure titanium to make it even more suitable for use as a pocket knife handle.
