With this Boska Monaco cheese slicer you can easily slice thin pieces of cheese. Full of flavour thanks to the special pattern in the blade. A so-called ‘non-stick treatment’ ensures that the slices won’t stick to the blade. Like the ‘regular’ Monaco cheese slicer it is made for semi-hard and hard cheeses. Great on toast, but also as a snack on its own.


The Monaco cheese slicer from the Pro collection is made from 100% stainless steel: both the blade and the handle are made from this material. Amazing to behold and rock-solid without becoming too heavy in hand. After use you can clean the cheese slicer in the dishwasher. You can, however, also easily clean it by hand.
