The Cold Steel Gentleman’s Stockman Yellow Bone is a classic slipjoint pocket knife with a handle made of bone. This Stockman has three blades. One clippoint blade that is practical when perforating and cutting, one spey blade for skinning and gutting game, and a sheepsfoot blade to avoid perforating when slicing. The broad sheepsfoot blade is also perfect when preparing a sandwich! A real traditional, following the classic Stockman pattern, with a dash of Cold Steel.

You open the blades with two hands with the nail nick. When opened, the blade is held in place with a slipjoint. Not a full lock, only some resistance. This means you can legally carry these knives almost anywhere.

Cold Steel Gentleman’s Stockman materials

The blades are made from 8CR13MoV steel. This is a type of stainless steel that is easy to sharpen, should it lose some of its sharpness over time. The handle is made from Yellow Bone. Basically, this is cow bone that has been coloured and then beautifully polished. This is a truly classic handle material that radiates class and elegance.

In the case of traditional multi-blade knives, the specifications are based on the largest blade.
