Extrema Ratio RAO II

The Extrema Ratio RAO is a very solid tactical folding knife with a very heavy and strong blade, provided with an extremely secure lock plus and additional safety mechanism in the form of a manually tightening steel pin. The sheath meets the military M.O.L.L.E. requirements and is delivered with a diamond sharpener. The RAO can be stored in the sheath in both folded and unfolded position. The development of this knife is commissioned by the ‘185° Rgt. Ricognizione ed Acquisizione Obiettivi’ (Target Acquisition Regiment) airborne ‘Folgore’ (185° RAO). The motto of this special regiment is: ‘Videre Nec Videri’ (See without being seen).



The RAO II distinguishes itself from the older RAO because the blade has a drop-point instead of the original tanto-shape. Also, the shape is more rounded which provides an improvement of the ergonomics.
