The Fissler Adamant Wok is ideal for wokking meat, vegetables and delicate dishes that would otherwise stick to the pan. The pan is enhanced with a special scratch-resistant, non-stick, water-based coating.

With its rounded shape and extra-high rim, the Fissler wok is designed for comfortable tipping and stirring without spilling. The exclusive, energy-efficient Fissler Cookstar® base ensures optimal heat distribution. It’s suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. Despite the scratch-resistant non-stick coating, we recommend using a silicone or wooden wok spatula.

Top-quality CookStar base

In addition to the hard non-stick coating the Adamant collection is enhanced with a famous Fissler CookStar base. The thick, 6-mm base has a high thermal conductivity. The result is that the pans quickly heat up, evenly distribute the heat and also retain it for a long time. This base can be used on all different heat sources. As such, the Fissler Adamant pans can also be used on induction hobs. Because of the thick CookStar base you can easily switch between different heat sources without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with pans of lesser quality.

A non-stick coating is incredibly practical. It is easy to clean and nothing will stick to the base as you prepare meals. In time a non-stick coating can become damaged. Parts of the damaged non-stick coating can affect your health if they end up in your food.
