They say good things come in small packages. The new Fatal X from Killer Instinct Crossbows might be the best example of that familiar adage.With a profile that reads like a lightweight boxing champ, the Fatal X might be the most athletic crossbow in the woods.
This ultra-narrow crossbow is able to push a 390 Grain HYPR Bolt down range at 405 FPS. Uncocked, the width on this rig is just 9.75” and when cocked it’s an impressively narrow 6.25” axle to axle. Thanks to the new X-Cam design the draw weight of 195 lbs features an efficient 50% let off making the bow easy to cock with or without a crank.
Pull the feather-light 3.5 lbs single-stage trigger and the narrow X-Cam design produces a quiet, smooth shot. Don’t forget to get comfortable.
