The KNAFS Lander 1, KNAFS-00376, Black D2, OD Green G10 pocket knife is a cool EDC knife in the colour olive-green. With its blade length of 7.5 cm, this knife is suitable for daily cutting tasks. For example, opening boxes, peeling an apple, the odd job around the house: this pocket knife can do it all.



Blade made of D2 steel
The blade of the KNAFS Lander 1, KNAFS-00376, Black D2, OD Green G10 pocket knife is made of D2. This is a tool steel that has been used for all kinds of cutting tools since World War II. It is tough, easy to sharpen and retains its sharpness very well. Do take care around moisture and acids; D2 is not entirely stainless. It may discolour or even rust if not properly taken care of. Therefore, it’s important to clean and dry the blade after use, and a drop of oil every once in a while can’t hurt.



The blade features a blackwashed finish. For this finish, the blade is first finished with a coating, then tumbled. This makes the blade look like it has been around for a while, kind of like jeans. A big advantage of this is that traces of use will be much less noticeable.



G10 handle

The KNAFS Lander 1, KNAFS-00376, Black D2, OD Green G10 pocket knife features a handle made from G10 and measures 9.2 cm in length. G10 is a composite material made of glass fibre and synthetic resin. With its subtle texture, G10 feels great in hand and offers plenty of grip. Moreover, it is incredibly strong, so it can take a beating.
