The Lodge Double Dutch Oven L8DD3 with a capacity of approx. 4.7 L is the kitchen tool every chef dreams of. With the Double Dutch Oven, Lodge combines a Dutch Oven with lid and a frying pan in one! By flipping the lid of the Dutch Oven, you create a 26 cm frying pan with two handles. So you enjoy the benefits of both a Dutch oven and a skillet in one. Whether you want to make a delicious stew, a tasty casserole or fresh bread, this pan is the ideal choice for any dish.

Maintaining your Lodge Double Dutch Oven

During production, the pan is treated with vegetable oil based on soy. As a result, you end up with a natural non-stick coating. And each time you use a Lodge pan, this non-stick coating will only become better! Maintaining it, however, is very important. Clean the pan after use with water and a little bit of detergent. It is not dishwasher proof. If there is still some left-over food sticking to the pan, scrape it off with a Lodge pan scraper. Having trouble removing the left-over food? Simmer a little bit of water in the pan for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards you can easily scrape out any left-over residue. After washing up, dry the pan well and, if necessary, lubricate it again with a small layer of oil such as the Lodge Seasoning Spray. Always make sure you store the pan in a dry place.
