This fixed knife comes from the new generation of professional knives and is enhanced with a handle made from TPE rubber. It feels soft and almost sticks to your hands. Long-term work is also no problem with this knife. This Safe-version has a rounded tip to prevent minor accidents.
The blade is made from carbon steel that has been hardened according to a special process. It is strong and easy to grind. Note: carbon steel is susceptible to rust and it is wise to clean the steel well, dry and slightly greasy after use.
