Nitecore EF1 torch

The Nitecore EF1 flashlight is a very versatile torch. This torch is designed to function in potentially hazardous environments and can be used for industrial purposes. The Nitecore EF1 is EX d IIC T5 Gb certified. The walls of the reinforced housing are 3 mm thick. The epoxy resin optical lens is 10 mm thick and has an explosion suppressing function. It is explosion proof (d 11C) and well protected for environments where gas formation could occur (T5 Gb). The combination of these properties prevents an explosion if the flashlight comes into a gas-rich environment. This is also the reason why the Nitecore EF1 is explosion-proof.


Nitecore EF1: not just a tough exterior


As well as its protective functions, this torch is also a powerhouse. With a maximum light output of 830 lumens and a range of 270 metres, the lamp is also ideal for outdoor activities. The fact that it’s completely dustproof and waterproof to 1 metre (IP67) contributes to this. The flashlight feels very sturdy, and the three different light modes are easily operated via a sliding switch. Because the light modes are indicated with numbers on the flashlight, it’s really easy to see which light mode the flashlight is in.

Medium (320 ANSI lumens, 3 hours)

High (830 ANSI lumens, 1 hour 45 min)

With two CR123A batteries:

Low (4 ANSI lumens, 60 hours)

Medium (320 ANSI lumens, 2 hours 45 min)

High (830 ANSI lumens, 1 hour 30 min)
