Opinel Intempora 2404, 5-piece knife set incl. block

Opinel Intempora POM handle

The beautiful marine handle is made from polyoxymethylene, or POM for short. This is a strong type of plastic that is enhanced with glass-fibres. This makes the knives shock resistant and heat resistant.

Opinel Intempora Sandvik 12C27 steel

Opinel uses Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel for its Intempora line. This steel can be sharpened very sharply and is also unlikely to rust. Swedish decency with French flexibility: an excellent combination!
