Spring Cristal deep casserole with lid 24 cm, 6,5L

The Spring Cristal 24 cm cooking pot with a content of 6.5 litres, is the basis for daily cooking. With timeless shapes, the Crystal series remains a masterpiece, even after decades of use. The pans from the Spring Cristal series are made of stainless steel with an aluminium core and stainless steel handles. The stainless steel protects the pans against corrosion and makes the pans shine.


Unique 5-layer construction


The Spring Cristal pans have a five-layer construction that ensures optimal heat conduction. The outer layer is made from 18/0 stainless steel. This type of steel makes the pans suitable for induction. The inner layer is 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 stands for 18% chromium and the 10 stands for 10% nickel. This is an excellent choice in terms of composition, because of chromium’s durability and nickel’s clarity. There is a 3-layer aluminium core between the inner and outer layers. Because of this structure, heat is evenly distributed from the bottom to the edge of the pan and thus to the contents from all sides. As a result, the food evenly heats up. This makes the pans more efficient and more economical.


Great features


The measuring scale on the inside of the pans is very practical. For instance, you can use them to monitor the reduction while making sauces. The supplied lid fits onto the pan perfectly. This makes it possible to cook with a minimal amount of water and to preserve the vitamins and fresh colour of vegetables.


For safety, the handle is made of stainless steel. If used correctly, the handles of the pan remain cool enough to grasp without hurting yourself. The pan does need to be used on a suitable gas hob or cooking zone for this to be possible. The Spring pans from this series are suitable for the oven which is another advantage. This means you can easily keep your dishes at the right temperature and full of flavour. The pans are dishwasher friendly.
