Unique 5 layer construction

The Spring Cristal pans are made of a 5 layers construction which provides optimal heat conduction. The outer layer is of 18/0 stainless steel. This type of steel makes the pans suitable for induction. The inner layer is of 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 stands for 18% chromium and the 10 stands for 10% nickel. In terms of composition, this is the best choice due to the durability of chromium and the brightness of nickel. There is a 3-layer aluminium core between the inner and outer layers. Because of this structure, the heat is evenly spread from the bottom to the edge of the pan and thus from all sides to the contents. As a result, the food is brought to temperature more evenly. This makes the pans more efficient and more economical.

Tricks

The scale on the inside of the pans is very practical on this series. You can keep an eye on boiling the sauce and the reduction at the same time. The supplied lid fits perfectly into the pan. This makes it possible to cook with a minimal amount of water and to preserve the vitamins and fresh colour of vegetables.
