Spyderco Ronin 2 FB09GP2 fixed knife

The Spyderco Ronin 2 is a solid fixed knife. Anyone who knows Spyderco can immediately tell that the Ronin looks a lot like the Yojimbo 2. Not that surprising, both were designed by the same designer: Michael Janich. He is a respected expert in terms of self-defence and has worked with Spyderco multiple times.

The hollow grind blade with typical wharncliffe shape is made from CTS Bd1 steel. A good stainless type of steel. The handle is made from G10 which has been enhanced with a light texture for a good grip. Because of the finger grooves in the handle the Ronin 2 feels incredibly comfortable in hand, despite the thin handle.

The Ronin 2 comes with a solid kydex sheath with clip to make sure you can attach the knife on a belt or bag.
