The Trophyline Venatic Saddle Kit is engineered to deliver both strength and incredible comfort in a lightweight and supportive package. Designed in consultation with Matthew Tompkins of TX5 Custom Gear and made entirely in the USA, this saddle is constructed using ultralight ripstop fabric that is quick drying, quiet, breathable, and results in a weight of only 20oz for the saddle, and 30oz when including the bridge and carabiner.
The saddle features multiple attachment points for gear and accessories, including a rigid rubber MOLLE band that makes it easy to insert and remove equipment because it maintains its form, as well as two additional fabric MOLLE bands. It also includes a saddle compression hook to keep the saddle in a comfortable position while walking, and foldback lineman’s loops that won’t catch on obstacles.
The kit includes a lightweight Venatic pouch and two TechCore ropes with a 5-inch factory-sewn eye, Black Diamond carabiners, heat-sealed ends, and it can be used as a lineman rope or tree tether with a girth hitch of the 5-inch eye through the lineman’s loop on the saddle.
