Swiss Modern materials

The handle is made from polypropylene. This is a lightweight material, which ensures the knife feels great in hand. A subtly textured surface ensures a good grip, even when wet. The thin blade is made from stainless steel. This leaves you with a razor-sharp knife. Because of the combination of polypropylene and stainless steel the knife is dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend cleaning the knife by hand to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
